30 Day Money Back Return Policy 

This policy represents Natalia's Diamonds Terms of Service and defines the terms of service all customers agree to when they purchase Natalia's Diamonds Jewelry.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange an item you may do so by letting us know within 30 calendar days of recieving your order. Full refunds will be issued on the receipt of the returned goods in their original packing and will not include postage charges paid. We will not accept any exchanges or returns of any used or altered merchandise.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY (engagement rings only)

All engagement rings are subject to a seven calendar day return policy in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit. The seven day period starts from the day you receive your merchandise. Most of our jewelry comes with an appraisal from an independent gemological laboratory that is not affiliated with us. We encourage you to have your item independently verified by a professional jewelry appraiser (GIA graduate gemologist) to assert the quality and replacement value of the item.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• In case a manufacturing defect is found we will replace the item free of charge
• If the item does not appraise (by an independent appraiser) for at least the amount you paid, we will accept a return for a full refund less shipping and handling. Appraiser's contact info will be required
• Most of our jewelry gets made and sized after you place your order and cannot be resold as is. For that reason all other returns will incur a 10% restocking fee from the final cost of the item
• Unless the error is on our behalf, special orders cannot be returned unless negotiated otherwise

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. We will not accept any exchanges or returns of any used or altered merchandise.

RETURN INSTUCTION

Please call (866) 693-5434 or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your merchandise prior to sending us your return. We will not accept returns without an RMA number. Please fill out and include the following form with your return:
