30 Day Money Back Return Policy 

Natalia’s Diamonds stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all the jewelry we create, however should you be dissatisfied with your purchase it can be returned for a refund or store credit. Our return policy is as follows:

Policy for Engagement Rings and Mountings:

Diamond engagement rings and mountings are subject to a five calendar day return period starting from the date your package was received. We will refund your purchase provided your item does not appraise for at least the purchase price, excluding any applicable taxes or shipping charges added to the final cost of the item. We encourage all of our customers to have their items inspected by an independent appraiser of their choosing, and in the event your ring does not appraise for the purchased price we will offer you money back. As a condition of return the secondary appraisal must come in writing from a professional appraiser, who does not buy or sell jewelry, with verifiable gemological credentials such as a GIA resident study diploma, we will not accept the opinion of a retail jeweler’s appraisal for the obvious reason this opinion is biased. All our diamond engagement rings come with an independent appraisal for verification and insurance coverage needs. This appraisal is complimentary with the purchase of any complete engagement ring or set with a center diamond from Natalia’s Diamonds. We cannot be held responsible for any errors on the appraisal report we provide, nor liable to any damages as a result of an errant report. Typographical and/or any other errors in information on this complimentary report are not a condition of return.

Policy for All Other Jewelry:

All other jewelry, excluding wedding bands, is subject to a ten calendar day return period starting from the date your package was received.
Under no circumstances does Natalia’s Diamonds reimburse return shipping costs. All return shipping is done solely at the customer’s expense.

Your Return Must Include:

• Any appraisal report(s) in their entirety provided with the sale.
• The jewelry box your item came in.
• Copies of any secondary appraisal provided this is the reason of return.

Any missing items from your package may delay your refund being processed. Missing item costs will be deducted for the amount being refunded. Failure to return appraisal reports will be deducted at their indicated value from the amount to be refunded. Damaged reports will be deducted from the amount in the same manner as missing reports.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

• Any rings that have been engraved at the customer’s request by Natalia’s Diamonds or any other outside jeweler.
• Custom ordered items.
• Special ordered items.
• Items showing visible damage or having been worked on by an outside jeweler.

Custom Orders are defined as items that do not appear anywhere on our website and are made specifically at the customer’s request. Special Orders are defined as any jewelry that does appear on our website but has been specially modified at customer request from it’s original form. Due to the nature of wedding bands being made to specific customer needs these items will be considered Special Order. Natalia’s Diamonds does not normally stock items in platinum; any items ordered in platinum will also be considered Special Order. In these two specific cases (wedding bands and platinum orders) we will only offer an exchange for store credit towards another purchase. Should we determine that your item shows visible damage due to wear and abuse or signs that an outside jeweler has done work to the item.

Return Instructions:

If you intend on returning your item please call us Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST at 866-693-5434 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers cannot be requested and are not issued via email. Fill out the PDF return agreement form (see link below) and include this in your package. The RMA number is to appear on the outside of the package being returned, any package not showing the RMA number will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a ten percent restocking fee deducted from the purchase price of your item. This fee is to restore the returned item to a sellable condition (resizing and repolishing) and to recover costs associated with the labor and shipping of your item. The customer understands that under no circumstances can this fee be waived. This fee can be applied as a credit towards any future purchases from Natalia’s Diamonds.
The preferred method of shipping is Registered and Insured mail through the US Post Office. This is the safest and most cost effective means of shipping for our customers. It is not recommended you use UPS or FedEx as these shippers tend to be more expensive to insure. We require that you insure the package for the amount you paid, should a package be received without proper insurance regardless of a visible RMA number written on the box it will be refused. Natalia’s Diamonds takes great care in making your package safe from damage when we ship to you; therefore we ask that you take the same care when sending us back the item. Please use the manner in which we originally sent you the item as a guide for packaging it for return shipping. Double sealed boxes are the best protection from theft while in transit. It is also advised that words like “diamonds” or “jewelry” not be written on the box. Our address is to be written as it appears on the PDF form. It is strongly recommended you use clean new boxes, available at the Post Office, when packing your return. Do not reuse the boxes we originally shipped the item to you as they are suspect to tampering and may also be refused at the time of delivery. We ask you do not use a padded shipping envelope of any kind, padded or express shipping envelopes will be refused. Please secure the item within the box to prevent shaking as this may damage your return while in transit and can adversely affect the way your return is processed.

Payment Processing:

Once your return is received it is inspected for any damages, items included in the original shipment are assessed and when we are satisfied that all the conditions of return are met will we issue a return. This process can take up to ten business days but in some cases may take longer. Please avoid delays in processing your return by following these instructions carefully. The funds will be returned as either a credit back to the card originally used or as a company check mailed back to the customer. This decision is made by Natalia’s Diamonds at the time we are ready to release funds.
