You have 10 business days from the date your purchase was shipped to decided, whether you wish to keep the item. After the 10 day period we can only offer a store credit.
Package your return carefully. Please use the manner in which we originally sent you the item as a guide to repackaging your return. Do not use shipping envelopes of any kind as they offer very little protection while in transit and any damage that may occur during shipping will adversely affect your return.
Include all item sent with your purchase such as jewelry boxes and appraisals. Any items missing from your return are subject to a replacement charge deducted from the total amount of your return.
Please do not write words like "diamonds" or "jewelry" anywhere on the package as this only invites theft. Remember to insure your package against loss during delivery.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages that were not properly insured. Under no circumstances do we reimburse return shipments, any return shipping is done at the customer's expense.
Tips for Returning Your Item
We suggest using the United States Post Office’s Priority Mail for return shipping. It is mandatory that your return package be insured for
the full purchase price and we strongly recommend adding signature confirmation service. Package your return safely, the Post Office offers shipping materials at low or
no cost. Include a note with the purchaser's name or a printout of your order page to prevent any delays in processing your return. Make sure your item is secure within
the package to prevent damage during shipping. Used boxes and shipping envelopes can be a reason an insurance claim is denied. It is very important to record all
tracking information, if an item is missing during the return shipping it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package. If an item is determined to be lost it
is also the customer’s responsibility to file an insurance claim with the shipping company, any money received from such a claim will be considered a refund. Missing
packages that were not properly insured cannot be refunded, Natalia's Diamonds cannot be held responsible if a return shipment was not insured or if an insurance claim
is denied by the shipper.
Items That are Not Returnable
We accept and issue refunds only for items that meet the "new and unworn" conditions. Items that have been resized by another jewelry store,
items that have had center stones set and/or removed and items that have been engraved at the request of the customer by either Natalia's Diamonds or another jewelry store
cannot be return for a refund of any kind. We will also refuse refunds to individuals attempting to commit fraud by returning empty boxes or duplicate items not purchased
from Natalia's Diamonds. Items determined to be ineligible for refund are returned to the customer.
Any items received after the 10 business days return period will be subject to a store credit
All orders for items in platinum will be subject to a 10% restocking fee should the item be returned.
Refunds are issued as a credit back to the card used in the original purchase and can be issued up to 90 days after the date of purchase. In the event we cannot return
the funds to the credit card a company check will be drawn in the name of the cardholder and mailed to the address where the item was received. We cannot issue refund
checks to any third party for any reason regardless of original purchaser consent. We normally process refunds within a week of the items arrival, refunds are issued in
the order they are received, delays in processing a refund may include banking holidays, funds holds or additional processing of the item after return.
Expedited shipping (overnight service) charges or international shipping fees are not refundable. The return policy listed above is merely a guideline for return shipping,
it is up to the individual customer to decide how their return should be shipped. We do not reimburse return shipping, either for refund or repair, for any reason.
The responsibility of return shipping is the solely the shipper's and they are encouraged to follow this suggested set of instructions.
