Dear Alex and Natalia, I just wanted to drop you an e-mail about the emerald cut engagement ring I ordered from you. It arrived at the hotel desk right in time for breakfast. She absolutely loved it. The ring is beautiful and she so enjoyed showing it off to everyone.
